Crash Replacement Program

Accidents happen. If your product has been damaged during use, we may be able to support you through our Crash Replacement Program.

Following verification of the damaged item, eligible customers can receive a dedicated discount toward the purchase of a replacement product.

Eligibility

To access the program, the following conditions apply:

• Damage must be caused by an accidental crash or incident during use
• Normal wear and tear, misuse, or aging are not covered
  
• Requests apply only to products purchased within the previous 12 months
• Proof of purchase is required
• The program applies only to products purchased through official phantasyclub.cc website

 

Please note that products purchased via retailer are not be eligible.
