ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
In case you need to change the items/sizes in your order - or add new ones -, you should get in touch with us at info@phantasyclub.cc and ask to cancel the order, and then make a new one.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME AND COST
We ship from Italy, below you can find the costs and estimated delivery time of our shipments.
Order processing normally takes 1-2 business days (weekends excluded), please allow some slowdowns during peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, sale season, holiday season).
We offer free shipping and it is automatically applied at checkout. Different thresholds apply depending on the shipping country. Free shipping is always associated with the standard shipping service.

Rest of the World Zone 1 includes: Albania, China, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Indonesia, Macau, North Macedonia, Malaysia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Singapore, Taiwan.
Rest of the World Zone 2 includes: the rest of the non-EU countries.

Shipping prices may vary slightly due to currency exchange rates.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE
To ensure a quick and hassle-free delivery, please:
Fill out all fields in your shipping address, including your first and last name.
Ensure accurate details. If anything is unclear or missing, we may need additional verification before shipping.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS:
• Carriers will attempt delivery up to three times.
• If unsuccessful, the parcel is returned to us.
• Import duties, taxes, and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
UPDATING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
If your order has not shipped, email info@phantasyclub.cc.
If your order has already shipped, you can you can use DHL On Demand Delivery service or UPS My Choice (as long as the new address is located in the same country as the original one).
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A PO BOX OR APO?
No, our shipping partners do not deliver to PO boxes or APO addresses, except for Saudi Arabia.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, contact info@phantasyclub.cc.
VAT & IMPORT DUTIES
If you are buying goods for delivery to an EU address, we will charge VAT of the country of destination. Prices are already shown inclusive of VAT for EU customers.
We are based in Italy, this means that shipments to other EU countries do not incur any import charges.
If you are buying goods for delivery to a non-EU address, Italian VAT is not applicable. Once you pick your country with the “Country” button on the website or you add your shipping address at checkout, you will see prices without VAT.
Duties are calculated at checkout only for shipments to US, for other non-EU countries duties are already included in our prices and you will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.

If you haven’t received the correct items or have an issue, contact info@phantasyclub.cc. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
If an item was out of stock at the time of your order, it may have been automatically canceled and refunded. Refunds may take a few business days due to bank processing times.
