Returns & Refunds
HOW DOES YOUR RETURN POLICY WORK?
You have 14 days upon receipt of your order to return your item(s). Once you open your return request, you have 15 days to send your item(s) back to us.
You can open a return request by:
1. Using the “Returns Center” link in the footer – simply enter your Order ID and the email address used for your order.
2. Logging into your account and navigating to your Order History.
PLEASE NOTE:
• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and/or packaging. Items returned in non-resalable conditions will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back to you.
• When returning footwear, you must use an outer protective box to prevent damage to the original shoe box. A damaged shoe box may result in the return being refused.
• Due to hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned. However, if there is a manufacturing issue, you are eligible for a return and full refund.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
No, they’re not, unless otherwise notified.
If you pick your Own Method to send your items back to us, you will choose the shipping service you prefer.
If you pick our Automatic Method, we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.
In both cases:
- original shipping costs (if any) are not refundable
- duties and taxes charged at checkout (if any) are not refundable

Rest of the World Zone 2 includes: the rest of the non-EU countries.

HOW CAN I SEND MY ITEM(S) BACK TO YOU?
We provide two return methods. You can choose your preferred method when opening your return request (RMA).
1. AUTOMATIC METHOD
• We will arrange the shipment and you will need to print the shipping label we provide.
• Pack the items in their original box (or any rigid carton box).
• Stick the shipping label on the box and wait for the courier.
• The courier will contact you before pickup to confirm the collection time.
2. OWN METHOD
• You will ship the items back yourself, using a courier and shipping service of your choice (we recommend a trackable service).

HOW LONG DO I NEED TO WAIT TO GET MY REFUND?
We typically process returns within 2 business days upon receipt. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email update.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for your order.
• PayPal refunds usually appear immediately.
• Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
